Roman McAlindon - Consultant and Non-executive Director
Roman has had over thirty years' experience in finance, business and general management; As a Non Executive Director Roman's principle contribution is to support the management and advise on financial and strategic matters.
A qualified accountant, Roman started his career specialising in UK and international corporate tax for Arthur Andersen. He quickly progressed to a senior management role where he was responsible for managing strategy, operations, financial reporting and resourcing for a large regions both in the UK and internationally.
Since retiring from Andersen Roman has been a consultant to a number of companies including AON Limited, the largest insurance broker in the UK. He was also appointed Fund Commissioner and Chairman of Fund Distribution Limited which was set up to administer the distribution of the (c£144m) Fund set up under the agreement reached between the FSA and various banks and fund managers for the purpose of making payments to qualifying investors in certain split capital products.

Phil Bullivant - Director
Phil is a qualified engineer with over 20 years' executive level experience of designing and implementing major business change programmes. With specialist knowledge of the medical, defence, aviation and manufacturing/distribution sectors, he has worked with major companies leading the implementation of structural and cultural change programmes, including the adoption of new systems and processes.

Tony Donoghue - Technical Director
Tony Donoghue has spent his entire career working in the field of information technology. From the early days of monitoring and maintaining the communication links for a major UK Supermarket, he later progressed to designing components of electronic equipment to send data across the telephone network. More recently, Tony spent 10 years designing and building large network infrastructures for the NHS, introducing these to his Trust years before they became core services.

Steve Clements - Technical Director
Steve's career started in the NHS, where he worked for 33 years, initially in Diagnostics (Pathology). His strong commitment to the implementation of IT systems into this department saw him seconded into Information & IT. He remained in this role, initially as a systems administrator and later as the Trust IT Services Manager, running the IT department until he left in 2007.
