RFL Communications and ISEEU Global partner to deliver the ‘Orchid’ Service Management platform with security and access controls.

Using the ISEEU Global Service Management system, customers are able to track and report faults/incidents, and request help online via any internet connected web browser. A real time display, mapping and enhanced search capabilities provide the RFL Service desk with real time visibility and control of support services activity. Support and Engineering staff are able to access customer records, historical information and current incident information to aid rapid diagnostic and incident resolution.
Security and access controls, content management and user interface personalisation are available within the solution alongsideSLAdefinition, multi-media attachments, action lists and time tracking, document and FAQ storage, email and SMS notifications, note taking, on-call rosters, emergency ticket, PDF ticket summary and reporting.

iSEEU Global announces partnership with Cable&Wireless Worldwide to deliver its system for transferring sensitive data whilst conforming to information governance best practice
Secure data in motion specialist ISEEU Global has announced a partnership with Cable & Wireless Worldwide (CWW) to deliver CWW Courier. The partnership will deliver ISEEU Global’s intuitive but secure data transfer solution into the CWW portfolio, making it available to CWW’s customers.
Cable&Wireless Worldwide Courier provides an easy-to-use alternative to insecure transfer mechanisms like email, file sharing, overland post/courier services or FTP which are often used in organisations where large or urgent files need to be transferred to colleagues or third parties quickly. More than half of the fines levied by the Information Commissioners Office in 2011 involved sensitive data being sent to the wrong recipient or recipients.

Simple, intuitive, secure data transfer
The solution protects organisations against breaching the Data Protection Act by interception or human error using 256-bit AES encryption and non-token two-factor authentication. However, it doesn’t require client software installation or training but does provide a full audit trail and authorisation of data exchange. Information governance policy can be enforced from within the solution via inbuilt workflow process and customisable risk management questionnaire.
